Taken in September 2011, during a holiday with friends. We were based just outside Carlisle and travelled all around that area.
The picture was taken just outside Keswick; if these hills have a name, I don’t know what it is!

The thing I, personally, love about this image is the shadows!

Glacier Gardens – Alaska

Part of this holiday was a weeks cruise in Alaska; when we visited Glacier Gardens.

A friend has told me that the etherial nature of this image reminds her of Pandora; the planet from the film Avatar!
